PARKING
Parking is available at the Colonial within gated perimeter adjoining the theatre.
Street parking is allowed on 10th and 11th Avenue up to 14th Avenue.
Tour buses can park within designated gated parking area attached to the
theatre. |

one downstairs. Basic facilities provided. Private facilities with catered food and beverages available upon request. |

LIGHTING
& SOUND
Lighting is provided by
theatre. Sound should be provided by renter for their scheduled concert or event. The theatre is not
responsible for lost or stolen equipment. |

THEATRE LOADING
All stage equipment is loaded at the back side entrance, next to stage
area.
Loading area may not be accessed during performances. |

DELIVERIES
Accepted Monday through Friday 11am - 6pm. Through back side
entrance or main theatre entrance located on the east side of the building. |

CATERING
Need an event catered? We offer a variety of options, including take-out,
dine-in and full sit-down dinners. The Theatre is located
right next to the The Sinaloa Mexican Restaurant. Let us handle your next event, so you can
sit and enjoy.
