THEATRE RENTING & BOOKING INFO

The Colonial Theatre is a venue with a 580 fixed seat capacity. with a standing room capacity of 625.

 Handling a variety of showcases.
Everything from the Performing Arts, Amateur & Pro Boxing, Amateur & Pro Wrestling,
musical concerts, film festivals, movie screenings and more.


To rent the Colonial Theatre for your next event please email your request to thecolonial@sbcglobal.net
Please include your name, telephone number, specific date you are requesting, the type of event you are planning and hours you will be using the venue.  The hours include your load in time, time(s) of show(s) and load out time. 

Our booking staff will contact you regarding your inquiry.

At the time of signing the rental contract, we require 50% deposit of the total cost to rent the venue.  The balance is due seven days before your event.

The Colonial Theatre is Available for Rental for All Concert & Showcase Events

All Ages events welcomed.
Restaurant and Bar adjacent to Theatre
Cold Beer & Wine served in the Bar for 21+ only. Underage not permitted in the bar area.

                                       BASE RATE

                                       Applies from load-in through load-out (first four hours)

                                       Monday - Thursday                           $550.00 Base (first four hours)

                                       Friday - Sunday                                $700.00 Base  (first four hours)

                                       Cost for the Theatre's PA system is $150 per day.  System includes:

                                       2 wireless handheld microphones

                                       9 channel audio snake

                                       12 channel mixer

                                       2200 watts power

                                       2 18" Sub-woofers

                                       4 12" mid-range speakers

                                       6 high frequency drivers

                                       2 stage monitors on stands

                                       6 additional hard-wire microphones available at $10.00 each

                                       NOTE: THIS SYSTEM IS FOR VOCALS, DJ, PROJECTION AND PLAYBACK ONLY.

                                       IT IS NOT TO BE USED FOR DRUMS, BASS, GUITAR OR KEYBOARD

                                       Promoters may bring their own system if desired.

                                       Video recording, film projection (35 mm) and Blue-Ray DVD projection available at additional cost.

                                       Stage lighting and clean up is $100.00 per day.

                                       ADDITIONAL TIME

                                       Applies from load-in through load-out (beyond the base four hours)

                                       After the first four hours (base)           $100.00/hr.

                                       NON PROFITS

                                       501 (c)-3 organizations receive 15% off base rate.
